How can we promote democratic participation, engagement and civic involvement through early intervention?
How can we tackling radicalisation where it has already occurred through supporting vulnerable young people?
How should we deal with convicted terrorists released into the community?
How best can we develop leadership skills to build community resilience?
How best can we sustain most positive relations between community organisations and public authorities?
How can we best deploy counter terrorism measures at grassroots' level?
